Orders

  • How do I track my order?
    You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also reply to that email and our team will look it up for you within one business day.
  • Can I change or cancel an order?
    Yes, as long as the order has not shipped. Email clicksyworld@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, you can return it using the standard return process.
  • Why is my order in two parcels?
    Orders that combine items from multiple sellers or warehouses sometimes ship separately so you get each item as fast as possible. Each parcel has its own tracking link.
  • Can I order on someone else's behalf?
    Yes. Just make sure the recipient's name and contact number are on the delivery address. Our courier will call them directly.

Payments

  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby and Cash on Delivery in all UAE Emirates (COD up to AED 5,000 per order).
  • Is my card information safe?
    Yes. All payments are processed by certified partners. We never store full card numbers on our servers, and the entire site runs over HTTPS.
  • When am I charged?
    Cards are charged at the time you place the order. For Cash on Delivery, you pay our courier on arrival. Cash, or card via portable terminal where available.
  • Do you offer installments?
    Yes — split your order into 4 payments with Tabby, our payment partner. The option appears at checkout when your order meets Tabby's eligibility rules.

Account

  • Do I need an account to order?
    You can browse without one, but you'll need an account at checkout so we can send order updates and let you manage returns.
  • I forgot my password.
    Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. You'll get a reset email within a couple of minutes. Still stuck? Email clicksyworld@gmail.com.
  • How do I delete my account?
    Email clicksyworld@gmail.com from the address on file and we'll remove your account within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Trust & safety

  • Are all products on CLICKSY authentic?
    Yes. Every brand we carry, directly or through marketplace sellers, is vetted before listing. If you ever suspect a product isn't authentic, contact us and we will investigate and make it right.
  • What is buyer protection?
    Buyer protection means you're covered if your item arrives damaged, isn't as described, or never arrives at all. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund you. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • How do you handle reviews?
    Reviews can only be left by buyers who actually purchased the product. We don't pay for reviews and we don't filter out negative ones unless they violate our content rules.
