1. Acceptance of these terms

By using clicksyworld.com, creating an account, or placing an order with CLICKSY FZC (“CLICKSY”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Who can use CLICKSY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to make purchases. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a contract with us.

3. The marketplace

CLICKSY is a marketplace. Some products are sold directly by us; others are listed and fulfilled by independent third-party sellers. In both cases the sale contract is between you and the seller. We facilitate the transaction, apply our buyer-protection policies, and handle payment, but we do not manufacture every product listed.

Where a product is sold by a third-party seller, the seller is named on the product page and on your order confirmation.

4. Orders & pricing

• All prices on CLICKSY are listed in UAE dirhams (AED), inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Stock and price are confirmed at checkout.
• We may cancel an order if a product is mispriced or out of stock after it's placed. We'll notify you and refund any payment taken.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent or that violate these terms.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby and Cash on Delivery in eligible emirates. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS-certified partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

6. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided. Please make sure the address and contact number are correct — we can't take responsibility for items delivered to an address you supplied incorrectly.

7. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in that policy.

8. Product information

We work hard to make sure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate, but errors do happen. Colours may render differently on different screens, and packaging may change without notice. Where we discover a material error in a listing, we'll correct it as quickly as possible.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape our catalogue at scale, or interfere with normal operation.
• Submit reviews or content that is misleading, abusive, infringing or unlawful.
• Resell items purchased on CLICKSY in violation of brand restrictions.

10. Intellectual property

All content on CLICKSY — the logo, brand marks, layouts, copy and product imagery — is owned by CLICKSY or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

By submitting reviews or other content to CLICKSY, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content in connection with the service.

11. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLICKSY's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our customer support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
