CLICKSY FZC (“CLICKSY”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the marketplace at clicksyworld.com and the CLICKSY mobile experience. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our service, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

2. The information we collect

We only collect what we need to provide the service. That includes:

• Account details — name, email address, phone number, password (hashed).
• Order information — items purchased, delivery address, billing address, order history.
• Payment data — handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data — pages visited, products viewed, device and browser type, approximate location based on IP.
• Communications — emails and messages you send to our support team.

3. How we use it

We use this information to:

• Fulfil orders, process payments and arrange delivery.
• Provide customer support and handle returns or refunds.
• Personalise the catalogue you see, including product recommendations and offers.
• Send transactional messages (order confirmation, shipping updates).
• Send marketing messages — only when you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of every email.
• Detect fraud, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations under UAE law.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties that help us deliver the service:

• Sellers on the marketplace, limited to the information they need to fulfil your order (name, delivery address, contact number).
• Logistics partners for shipping and last-mile delivery.
• Payment processors for charging your card or wallet.
• Service providers we rely on for hosting, analytics, email and support tools — all bound by data-processing agreements.
• Authorities when required by UAE law or a valid legal request.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, measure how the site is used, and serve relevant marketing where you've opted in. You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time — note that some site features may stop working without them.

6. How we protect your data

We keep order and account data for as long as the account is active and for the period required by UAE tax and consumer-protection law thereafter. Marketing preferences are kept until you opt out. Support conversations are kept for up to 24 months.

• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Withdraw consent where we rely on it.

9. Children

CLICKSY is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
