Shipping Policy
Fast, tracked delivery across all seven Emirates. Here's what to expect when you order from CLICKSY.

1. Where we deliver
We deliver to all seven Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. International shipping is not currently available.
2. Delivery times
- Dubai & Sharjah — 1–2 business days.
- Abu Dhabi & Ajman — 1–3 business days.
- Remote areas & outer Emirates — 2–4 business days.
- Pre-orders ship on the date listed on the product page.
Orders placed before 2pm GST on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays start processing the next business day.
3. Shipping fees
- Free standard delivery on all orders over AED 99.
- AED 15 standard delivery for orders under AED 99.
- Express same-day delivery in Dubai is AED 35 (order before 12pm, available on eligible items).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in all Emirates for orders up to AED 5,000. A small AED 10 COD handling fee applies. The courier will accept cash or, at their discretion, card-on-delivery via portable terminal.
5. Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also reply to your order-confirmation email and we'll look it up for you. For marketplace orders fulfilled by a third-party seller, the tracking link comes from the seller's courier.
6. Delivery process
- Our courier will call or message you 15–30 minutes before arrival.
- You may be asked to show ID for high-value items or for COD orders.
- If no one is available, the courier will make up to two more attempts on the following business days. After three failed attempts, the parcel returns to our warehouse and we'll be in touch to re-arrange.
7. Damaged or missing items
Inspect your parcel before signing. If anything is damaged or missing, refuse the delivery if possible and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at clicksyworld@gmail.com with photos. We'll replace or refund you in full — see our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Address & contact details
Please make sure the delivery address, building name, floor and contact number on your order are accurate. We can't take responsibility for items delivered to an address you supplied incorrectly. If you need to change an address after ordering, email us immediately — we can usually update it before dispatch.
9. Large or fragile items
Furniture, large appliances and other oversize items ship with a specialist courier. Delivery is scheduled by appointment — you'll be contacted to confirm a window. Installation is not included unless specified on the product page.
10. Public holidays
We do not dispatch or deliver on UAE public holidays. Orders placed during a holiday period will be processed on the next business day.
