Return & Refund Policy

Change of mind, wrong item, or something not as described. We have made returns simple. Here is how it works.

1. Our promise

We want you to love what you buy on CLICKSY. If a product isn't right for you, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Damaged, defective or mis-described items can be returned for free at any time.

2. What you can return

Most products are eligible. To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused, with all original tags and accessories attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

What we can't accept back

For hygiene, safety or legal reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Perfume, cosmetics and personal-care items that have been opened or used.
  • Underwear, swimwear and pierced jewellery.
  • Software, digital downloads and gift cards.
  • Perishable goods and made-to-order items.
  • Items marked “final sale” on the product page at the time of purchase.

If you receive any of the above damaged or defective, we'll replace or refund it — see section 5.

3. How to start a return

  1. Email clicksyworld@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about why you're returning the item. A photo helps if the product arrived damaged.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with a return authorisation and instructions for pickup or drop-off.
  3. Hand the parcel over to our courier (or drop it off, where applicable). Keep the courier receipt until your refund is processed.

4. Return shipping

  • Damaged, defective or wrong item— return shipping is on us. We'll arrange a free pickup.
  • Change of mind — a flat AED 20 return-shipping fee is deducted from your refund, unless your order qualified for free return as part of a promotion.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2–3 business days of pickup), we'll process your refund the same day. The refund will reach your account within:

  • 5–7 business days for credit/debit cards.
  • 1–3 business days for digital wallets.
  • Cash on Delivery orders are refunded as CLICKSY store credit, or by bank transfer if you provide your IBAN.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, colour or product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want. This is the fastest way to make sure the replacement is in stock.

7. Items damaged in transit

Please inspect your order on delivery. If something is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no questions, no return shipping fee.

8. Cancellations

You can cancel an order at any time before it's shipped — just email us with the order number. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.

9. Marketplace sellers

For items sold by third-party sellers on the marketplace, this policy applies in full. The seller fulfils the return and processes the refund through CLICKSY, and we step in if anything stalls.
